All physical items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or is not received.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
Digital products (including downloads or exclusive content access) are non-refundable once delivered.
🎟️ Show Tickets
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds unless the show is canceled by Dawn Beyer and not rescheduled.
If a show is rescheduled, your ticket will be automatically valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Any special meet & greet or VIP access included with tickets is subject to change based on venue policies and health guidelines.
📦 Shipping
Most items ship within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.
We ship via trusted carriers and will provide tracking information once your order is on its way.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
